Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting our clients' financial success.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports and summaries for clients and management.

Process payroll and related reporting.

Assist with year-end preparation and collaboration with accountants.

Manage HST, WSIB, and other government remittances.

Communicate effectively with clients to gather financial information and address inquiries.

Stay updated on bookkeeping software and best practices.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping Certificate.

Staff Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial statement preparation, tax filings, and advisory services, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Complete corporate and personal tax returns in compliance with Canadian tax laws.

Assist with the preparation of year-end working papers and related documentation.

Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial data.

Provide support during audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
