Executive Assistant
Wanted: Be my Donna.
(yes, like Donna Paulsen from Suits.)

I’m not looking for someone to simply answer phones or manage a calendar. I’m looking for someone who wants to become an essential part of a growing business. I’m looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us - not someone who’s simply passing through on the way to their next opportunity.

As my Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you’ll help keep the business running smooth by managing my calendar and email, coordinating projects, supporting our team, improving office systems, assisting clients, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. You’ll also take ownership of our social media marketing by helping create content, edit videos, schedule posts, and grow our online presence.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and enjoys solving problems before they become problems. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, learning new technology, communicating professionally, and taking ownership of your work from start to finish.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Bookings and Lists, QuickBooks, Canvas, AI assistants and social media platforms is an asset, but a willingness to learn is even more important.

This position isn’t for someone looking for “just another job”. It’s for someone who wants to grow alongside a company that values initiative, integrity, professionalism, creativity, and teamwork.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “That sounds like me,” we’d love to hear from you.
